Food hygiene rating — 5 Very Good

5-Star Ready, Every Day

SFBB Base helps your team stay inspection-ready with clean, complete daily records. Temperature checks, weekly diary and cleaning logs are always in one place.

We can't legally guarantee a rating, but we do help you run the exact routine that supports a 5 - Very Good standard under Safer Food Better Business (SFBB).

Everything You Need for EHO Visits

Smart Alerts

Admin Panel

Set up your fridge & freezer units in minutes

After registration, open Admin Panel and name every unit exactly like your kitchen — Unit 1, Unit 2, display fridge, freezers and more.

  1. Choose fridge or freezer Select F for fridge (≤ 8°C) or Z for freezer (≤ -18°C), then click Add unit.
  2. Name each unit Type a custom name — e.g. Unit 1, Walk-in Fridge, Unit 4 — or leave blank for defaults like Fridge 1.
  3. Auto-save Changes save automatically. Unit names become the column headers on your daily temperature log.
  4. Add up to 12 units Remove the last unit with the minus button if needed. At least one unit must stay active.
  • Names you set here appear straight away on the temperature log above
  • Mix fridges and freezers — each unit keeps the correct °C limit
  • Same Admin Panel screen after login — no extra setup
